Innovative Foam Expands, Purchases Building

Innovative Foam, a manufacturer of signage made from Styrofoam, graduated from the Hutchinson Enterprise Center incubator and purchased its own 8,000 square foot building.  Innovative Foam was operating in a very cramped 2,000 square foot space when the City approached the company about residency in the Enterprise Center.  Leasing 6,000 sf from the City, the company finally had room to grow.  Benefitting from extremely low rents and extensive business education, the company hit its stride and grew steadily.  Today Innovative Foam has its own building and continues to thrive!
