Since 2017, the City of Hutchinson, ‘Minnesota’s Manufacturing City,’ has added over 850,000 square feet of new manufacturing space. Spanning 18 separate projects over seven years, the City has enjoyed unprecedented manufacturing growth. Projects included companies occupying existing buildings, additions to existing buildings, and construction of new buildings. Ten of the projects were expansions of existing Hutchinson companies and eight projects were companies new to the City: Laser Dynamics (2017), UPONOR (2018), FireLake Manufacturing (2018), Zephyr Wind Services (2019), Clay Coyote (2020), RiteWay Conveyor (2020), Resonetics (2021), and Milk Specialties Global (2022).
